Eighth grade honors science is a fast paced class in which students will master scientific concepts and engage with the curriculum through a variety of activities and labs designed to enhance their learning experience. Some of the topics that will be covered this year include Cells, DNA and Heredity, Molecular Chemistry, and Physics. This class is structured to prepare students with the knowledge and skills they will need to be successful now and in their academic future.  Students will also learn about current events in science so that they can more readily relate to this field of study and how it affects their lives and the world around them.
