Hello Greenfield Families,

Gilbert Public Schools has officially transitioned to Rank One as our athletic registration platform.

We are excited about this change and believe it will provide a smoother, more user-friendly experience for our families. At the same time, we recognize that any new system comes with a learning curve. We appreciate your patience and grace as we navigate this transition together. Please carefully review the information below, as there are important updates.

Unable to Claim Your Student?

If the system indicates that you do not have a student available to claim, please email ana.sanchez@gilbertschools.net for assistance

Required Documents

AIA Physical Form

All student-athletes must have a physical completed on the 2026-2027 AIA Physical Form, dated March 1, 2026, or later. The physical paperwork can be found at this LINK. When uploading your physical, please make sure you include the following pages; Page 1-3, Page 5 & Page 8.

Athletic Fees

At this time, athletic fee payments are not yet available through Rank One. We anticipate this feature being available by the start of the school year. Until then, athletic fees may still be paid directly through the school.

Please do not pay your athletic fee until your athlete has officially made the team, as athletic fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
