Wrestling

Wrestling is a non-cut sport.  7th and 8th grade, boys and girls are welcome to join.

Practice starts on October 13th after school in the wrestling room.  Students must be registered on Activate (www.registermyathlete.com) before they can participate

• Practices will be held in the wrestling room staring at 3:45 and ending at 5:30. Monday-Friday. Saturdays: 6:00AM to 7:30AM

• Be sure to acquire wrestling shoes asap.

• Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the school day.

• Bring 2 shirts as well as either shorts or joggers to practice.(Making sure those shorts or joggers don’t have zippers).

• Take showers directly after practice to avoid any kind of skin infection.

The athletic fee of $100 will be due before the first meet on October 30th.  Fees cannot be refunded if paid, so it is okay to wait until your student has committed after a couple of weeks.
